Gotta love that BoSux bullpen... To be fair, they had no business being in the bottom of the 9th. Just another case of an ancient manager (Leyland) and his antiquated thinking re: closers and bullpens. The Red Sox have a brutal April schedule this year, but I still say they start out better than their 2-10 start last year! Go Bobby V!

AL East, with an improved Toronto, is the toughest division in baseball.
There's a good chance that both wild cards will come from that division, but Texas/Anaheim will have something to say about that!

There's a good chance that both wild cards will come from that division, but Texas/Anaheim will have something to say about that! Phillies, Nats, Braves, Marlins make the NL East the toughest division in baseball. I almost feel sorry for the Mets. Almost. Let's see...
Rays are better than the Phillies, who are better than...
...the Yankees, who are better than the Nats, who are better than...
...the BoSux, who are better than the Marlins, who are better than...
...the Jays, who are better than the Braves. who are better than...
...the Mets, who are better than the Baltimore...
...but both will lose 95 games and could very well lose 100+
You're right, the NL East "is" the best division in baseball...

It's kind of like the mud-wrestling scene in "Stripes"... except instead of having a couple of attractive women in the fray, all the wrestlers look like John Candy...

The Marlins are on a pace to lose 162 games. Cards on pace to win every game. Angels on pace to for last... ...last to record an At Bat this season... Seriously though... this waiting sucks...
