You do have to submit them under you CS account number. I can't track submission under Joey's account unless I have his account information. Just like he can't track the books submitted under my account number. No one has to pay to be able to track submissions. They just have to follow the proper instructions when submitting books. The books can even be submitted at a show and you can still track them on line.
