You can't sell em legally but give them away. You can't stop a reseller from selling it.
My advisors learned my of that when I was selling my mixtapes back yonder.
Putting "not for resale" on the cover won't stop DC from suing the OP into oblivion when somebody sells one of these books on eBay - I think the idea has been executed beautifully, and just like everyone else I'd love to see a good blank cover from DC, but from a legal point of view, this is a disaster in the making.
I wonder what kind of notation CGC will put on the label - I know they're grading them NG, but they'd have to put something else on the label to cover their own *spoons* as well

If DC didn't do anything about those Blackest Night blanks, which actually used a piece of DC intellectual property on the cover itself, they are very unlikely to do anything about completely blank covers.

Weren't those graded with the word "counterfeit" on the label and with zero information out in the open about the person responsible? Just saying that starting a thread to show off your counterfeits and announcing your intent to sell them isn't really a good idea.

Granted i do not collect sketch covers, but this seems very strange to me. What is the motivation to drive you this far for an NG label versus having a CGC certified sketch on a backboard?
Not that im hatin, just wondering.

Here's a thought. One of my LCS sells this "Draw your own comic" things. It is the same size of a comic and the same number of pages I think but they are all completely blank. Wonder how one of those would do.
