The Two Fisted Tales approaches art while the GI combat is simply great illustration IMO.

looks like TFT 30 is going to win this one. How far did GI Combat 46 make it in the previous contest? It's definitely a top 20 DC cover ( greytones inc.) in my estimation, even though I've been voting it off in the last few rounds.
Interesting that in the pre-code era Atlas and EC rule the day - with some cool books from other 2nd tier publishers ( Wary Fury #1, Battle Cry #1, etc.), but after the code DC really steps up their game and totally dominates.
I wonder how far this cover would have made it had it been nominated.
