I also had some books on your trade list, so yes there is some possibility of still mixing up the trade/cash part of the deal (only if you prefer), but I still think at a worst case we had a done deal if you want to bypass the trade aspect and take all cash. $\(thumbs u$

We just have a few kinks to work out. I have a few buyers lined up if it doesn't pan out and I don't want them thinking I'm neglecting to notify them of the deal being finalized. That's all.
