Here is what I got...

The certification number you specified was not found in our cert database.
This comic is already in the admin queue.

I tried adding Captain Marvel Adventures #60. These two errors seem to be contradictory. I do not yet have this comic in my greedy little hands but my final payment is going in in a few days so I figured I'd add it since I should receive it very soon. Any idea what is going on?

it seems like they made some system updates that are impacting cert registration number... i have a whole invoice that is not being recognized. they'll probably have a fix soon.

In a couple of days you will get an email, normally from Gemma with an update probably telling you the book is now listed.
I think that when an error occurs it flags the book up into the admin queue, and when you try to re-enter it, it will already be in the admin queue.
Thats why it seems contradictory.
Nice book by the way.
