Miss the old days when we all knew each other, and I find the new seller regs more stressful, but most of the people are still nice.

i'm a nice ebay bidder. I always pay up within the 7day limit and I usually email to say which day I will pay so there is no doubt.

5. Pay for the item.
After you've won or bought the item, send your payment to the seller within 3 days. To pay with one of the electronic payment methods offered by the seller, click the Pay Now button in the listing or email notification If you're picking up the item, you can pay by any method the seller accepts (including cash).

I think that 7 days is reasonable to wait before starting the process.
I never did understand NPBs, why bid in the first place and waste everybodys time.
I have been lucky over the years and only had 2.
I hate it more as a buyer, when I have won something cheap, only for the seller to no longer have it anymore, damage it or it gets lost in the post.

A week. Unless it's changed, eBay expect purchases to be paid for within that timescale.

BTW, two invoices and a reminder in two-and-a-half days is ludicrous, IMHO.
