Imagine it in 1954, you could see why people were getting upset.
Its a fantastic cover though.

Two recent eBay finds. It wasn't until I'd won them both, and saw them together on the same page, that I realized what they both have in common...

I really like this book... I started on a small run on these a few years back. I found them hard to find in HG.

Just picked up a WONDERFUL collection from a long time self-admitted 'lurker' here on the boards...will happily post them when they arrive...but here's what was bought...

Witches Tales 13 9.4

Chamber of Chills 3 9.2, 13 9.2, 16 9.0, 17 8.5 and 25 9.2

Black Cat Mysteries 34, 43, 51 all in 9.4

I'm dying to find the Witches Tales 25 in high grade if anyone wants to sell...in fact, ANY Harvey Horror in high grade if anyone wants to sell!

6.0 IS high grade for that issue. It is my understanding there are no Harvey File copies of this issue for some reason. I've been looking for a high grade for 15+ years.
Great pickup \(thumbs u

There are File Copies. It's probably a similar phenomenon to the Gaines copies of CSS 22. I mean, if you owned one would you want to sell?

That sold for $750 in 2003.
I wonder what it would go for now ? Think it would break 2000 dollars ?
