Seems avid collectors are grabbing 121s in all grades.
6s and above are going for $500 and up.
I found and purchased a copy of Batman 121 at SDCC last summer. After taking it back to the hotel to read it, I submitted it to CGC. It's finally being shipped next week. I bought it raw 4.0 with CR/OW pages and it came back exactly as Ted Van Lieu said it was. It's been so long that I've forgotten what the book looks like but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the book. Ted gave me a fair deal and I bought it. I sumbitted it "economy" and that's why it's taken so long. Can't wait until it finally arrives.

Just back from CGC. I bought it raw from Superworld at SDCC last summer. Ted called it a 4.0 with either O/W or Cream/OW pages.. He was spot on!. I had to spend a bit over guide, but it's a key book. I took it home, read it (great stories), and sumbitted it at a local show Economy Tier. That's why it took so long for CGC to grade it. That's cool. I'm happy with it! If you can't read the notes under the Batman 121 it says "1 piece of tape on interior cover". I thought for certain it would come back a lower grade because of that flaw!
