I liked it to.

Cost 1.5 million to make and brought in over 50 million bucks. Huge success story.

I don't have Netflix but these are two great feel good movies from Britain well worth watching.....

Millions

Directed by Danny Boyle, this is a great 2004 film to watch with the whole family during the holidays. If you don't laugh and cry simultaneously at the end you have no heart.

Local Hero

Another wonderful film from 1983 filmed on location in Scotland with a gorgeous soundtrack by Mark Knopfler from Dire Straits. Get past the first half hour and the magic begins soon thereafter.

Enjoy and Happy Holidays!

If you're in the mood for a good foreign movie (subtitled) that might enlighten you on events current in the news, I highly recommend the German movie "The Wave" recently out on DVD from Netflix (unbelievably it came out 3 years ago, you'd think it's written from todays headlines), although it's not on instant.

This article http://naturalsociety.com/hungary-destroys-all-monsanto-gmo-corn-fields/ reminds me to recommend the very good documentary "Food, Inc." available on Netflix Instant.

Noticed that the movie Intacto is available on Instant. Check it out, it's like an action version of The Cooler. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0220580/

I think all the people repeatedly crying about not getting a custom title should be inducted into the "Crybaby Crew", and forever carry that as their custom title!

Just finished watching "Downfall", a sub-titled German movie about Hitler's final days and suicide in his Berlin bunker...I thought it was very well done.

The scenes from this movie are used in all the "Hitler finds out about (sports, pop culture, etc.,)" parodies you see on Youtube and elsewhere.
