Hello. If submitting coins to NCS for conserve and grade, does the submitter need to fill out both the NCS form and the NGC form? Or is the NCS form alone sufficient? Thanks.

As long as you indicate on your NCS submission form that you would like to have your coins graded with NGC following the conservation only the NCS submission form is required. We will generate all of the NGC paperwork for you.
