I threw out a hint that I would like a book I knew she had, and before I knew it, Sharon had offered it - and ANOTHER book I wanted - at cost. Then she worked to minimise the shipping cost to Australia and THEN found an even cheaper way and offered me back the difference. And, of course, every communication was a delight. Sometimes I read the horror transaction threads and wonder about this hobby.
