Just got these in the mail today. Im still wondering Yellow/Purple label on GI Joe #1

what restoration was indicated?

I'm not sure they keep detailed grader notes on Copper Age to Modern Age books. But it would be interesting to find out. Maybe someone colored some of the cover.

\(shrug\)

Odds are high that it is color touch.

I just recieved these today! The #30 and #44 were purchased from a board member and the #117 from ebay!

On the cover of 117, the kids seem to be sharing what appears to be a home-rolled "Exotic" Cigarette. Strange!

That said - great books. Congrats!

Post a large scan of the slab and I'm sure someone on here will be able to spot it. \(thumbs u

Then just do a Signature over the color touch and your set!

I wonder if someone took a black marker to the lower left-hand corner so it looked minty fresh.
