Does anyone know where I can buy bulk inventory of comics for around .25-.75 a comic? I'd like to maybe open a store in the future and would like to build up inventory.

Let's face it... back issue sales will probably make up about 10% of your sales... and you will generate a lot of overstock just from selling your new issues.
Older issues will come in the door once you hang a sign up. I really wouldn't worry about cheap stuff. You can buy them easily from any convention or they'll just come in when you open.
Do go to the next comic show in your area though and then do what Chuck does, offer to buy by the long box if you can cherry pick. (I.E. a long box will hold about 300 books.) If you pay $50 for the longbox, you'll end up paying about 17 cents per comic.) If it's nicer stuff, then $75 = 25 cents per comic.
(I'd sell you some stuff or tell you about people with a lot of inventory, but I'm on the West Coast.)
