Crazy - i've never had anything but amazing service from FedEx. Even via the telephone. Any problems I had were instantly fixed over the phone.

Ex: missed the morning delivery, I called and asked if they could hold it - she put me on hold

I love these old catalogs. I did a lot of business with Robert Bell back in the day. If only those prices were attainable for my age and allowance back then. Still lots of fond memories though.
