I regret have never been so fortunate as to have a wife (unfortunate?). I HAVE had many relationships - several live-ins - but you know what? After all is said and done - I come home to my own place - any mess is mine. Any clean is mine. The only person I account to for expenses is me. But the real bottom line? I am just happy living alone. Some folks are like that. Had I bought into the "gotta get married" thing I would have been divorced at least once and maybe a few times. Perhaps, in my 60's or 70's,. I shall marry. But for now? I am overall very very happy. _________________________ I don't take this whole issue personally. I see my friends and relatives - smiling on the outside but the inside is ugly. But they have giotten so used to the lifestyle that breaking it is almost impossible. It is genuinely sad. Sure doesn't help the reputations of comic collectors to have to worry about having nearly naked pictures pop up on the screen. My wife gives me enough grief about collecting comics. She would be very upset if she saw some of these avatrars. Keep the soft porn to yourselves, please! My 2 cents! Mike

Frankly, for a non-comic collector to come here and see the pictures, well, I'm sure it would only reinforce the comic book nerd/geek stereotype. Not to mention what if the parents of one of the "next generation" of comic book collectors walks in when their 14-year old son is reading these boards...what are they going to think the hobby is about?
